Wholesale Orders: (For Buyers only)

• Contact Us for a Line Sheet. 
• Delivery: items in stock ship immediately. Items not in stock ship in 4-8 weeks.
• International orders: Currency exchange rate is calculated on the date of the money transaction. Duties and VAT, paid by customer. 
• International Shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL with insurance and Tracking number. 
• Payment Terms: 50% deposit is due at time of order. 50% due on delivery. 
• Wholesale Refund Policy: Wholesale orders not refundable.  Please be sure before ordering.  No returns or refunds, replacements or credits issued on Wholesale Orders. 
• Custom Design ordering procedure: 
  Contact us with your design request.  You may provide a photo, company logo, or link to represent what you would like to have custom made. We will create a drawing representing your custom design in the form of a "Proof" The Proof contains your design and dimensions, and is subject to your approval. Order begins after proof is approved and 50% deposit is paid.  
• Revision policy: No revisions are accepted to the design or quantity after approval of proof, so please be sure before ordering. 
• Quality assurance:   Each piece is individually hand-finished and carefully inspected to ensure highest heirloom quality.
