The sterling silver seahorse necklace is a high fashion piece with a stunning and impactful appearance. Created in 925 sterling silver in a high mirror polish, with lustrous craftsmanship and luminosity. It measures 1 1/2 inches high by 3/4 inches wide. The seahorse is suspended with a top ring on a sterling silver snake link chain with lobster clasp closure. Flush set stone set ruby, 3mm round faceted, lab grown, from Germany. Symbolism: The ancient Greeks and Romans considered the seahorse as a symbol of strength and power. The Chinese referred to the seahorse as a sea dragon, and as such they were revered for their power as a good luck symbol. Sailors also believe the seahorse to be a good luck charm.
