Wear sculpture on your neck in an artistically unique style. This sterling silver tortoise necklace is substantial art piece of heirloom quality, with a cabochon gemstone in the middle of a textured shell. Handcarved from wax, and stone set, cast and finished in a high polish.
With eyes wide open, and feet that appear to be moving, it measures 1 3/4 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches high. The sterling silver tortoise is suspended with a ring and showcased on an 18-inch sterling silver snake chain with a lobster clasp. The tortoise necklace is realized in a 3 dimensional sculptural softness, and is the piece that brings a smile to those who wear it. Model is wearing exact same size tortoise, with a smaller 5mm gemstone.
